Terms and Conditions

ORDERS
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We may request proof of address and/or proof of identification from you before your order can be processed. If this is the case we will advise you on all information required.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any major credit/debit card by telephone. We also accept electronic bank transfer. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order. Please have to hand your most recent and up to date credit / debit card as incorrect information given will cause delays in your order being processed. All credit card payments will be subject to 3% surcharge on top of the total price. All systems supplied by us are delivered free from outside the U.K. so there is no VAT applicable providing a genuine U.K. VAT number is provided.

PRODUCT CATALOGUE
Product photos are a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Model specifications and/or colours of products may change.

PRICING ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price (for example due to a typographical, software, human or supplier error) we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made. This includes all prices advertised electronically, sent via promotional electronic and standard post, or by any other applicable medium.

DELIVER
Delivery charges are in addition to product price unless otherwise stated. All deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address. Further proof of address and/or ID may be required for delivery or collection. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost; however should you wish to collect or redirect the goods to a different address you should make sure they have your own appropriate insurance. The majority of our deliveries are made within 5 working days of payment being received, if the products are in stock. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order. Please note that we shall not be liable for any consequential losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control (for example delays caused by acts of God, war, rioting, fire, flood, and terrorism). In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us. We advise all customers to check all products for damage before signing for their receipt as in good, clean, undamaged condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out all problems as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES
All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee (unless otherwise stated). If your product should fail within this period,  please refer to the warranty details supplied within the product packaging. Please note most subscription viewing cards are vulnerable to identity theft (card cloning), this means if any unauthorised third party has access to your viewing card number this will enable them to download all the information from your official viewing card to a pirate blank card and steal the available subscription period left on the card or completely terminate the subscription.
All our equipment carries a 12 month warranty but does not include damage to viewing card or loss of viewing card subscription period or withdrawn or cancelled channels by the broadcaster. The viewing card and its serial number are unique to each individual system and it is the sole responsibility of the system owner to prevent the viewing card serial number being divulged to any third party.

We also treat you as a valued customer and individual at all times and pride ourselves on our own high standard of service. We aim to give the most accurate and up-to-date information available. However, manufacturers and their distributors will from time to time change specifications and or offers available to us.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Our website offers all customers the following guarantee: if goods arrive faulty or damaged simply return them to us in the original packaging, with all the accessories and we will replace them or refund your purchase price in full, less delivery charges. Naturally, all products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless we specifically state otherwise. International manufacturers warranty conditions should be met when the goods are delivered and all paperwork activating the products warranty must be completed in full, and at the time of arrival.
